Anyway, I just started seeing a Naturopathic doctor, who is working with me on getting my health back. First things first: A detox. I am going on a 30 day detox to rid my body of all the toxins I've allowed in.
Day1: Success! I feel good; I'm not hungry; I'm well hydrated; it's simple and stress free. The only thing I would've done differently is eating something a little more substantial before working out.
kale, blueberries, brown rice milk, scoop of green supplement, roasted almond butter, Naked green juice, flaxseed, ice
walnuts, green tea, green supplement
Before and after workout:
apple & walnuts
1 fig, handful pumpkin seeds, handful cherries, piece of almond date
BERRY PROTEIN SHAKE
(this turned out really good! using leftovers for tomorrow's b-fast and snack)
1 cup brown rice milk
2 1/2 frozen blueberries
3 pitted dates covered in almonds
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 tablespoon flax meal powder
Before dinner I felt full and a little bloated...too much snacking? Too much to eat? Now I feel like I've eaten too much. Hm...
